Oh, the Woes

I've developed Carpal Tunnel in the last few days and it's starting to really bother me! I wake up about 5-6 times during the night with completely numb hands. My wrists are really tender as well as my middle finger joints. Well, really, my whole hands are stiff, but the middle finger is the worst. Thankfully, it does go away within a few weeks of giving birth! This would not be something I would want to deal with for the rest of my life.

oh Em I'm sorry! Try keeping your hand flat under a pillow at night. The neutral position and warmth of the pillow will help relieve the stiffness. During the day to relieve pain and stiffness a hot pack for 10 min will help. Just some tips from a therapist. :) hopefully Juliette will show her pretty face soon.

I AM SO SORRY!! I had carpel tunnel really bad when pregnant with Kaden. The wrist guard things helped some... but I prayed that I wouldn't get it when I am "older". It definitely isn't fun! Praying for ya!
