We have a new rule around our house where Maddox can only have his pacifier in his crib. He's great about spitting it out in the morning and after nap when he's ready to get out of his crib. Every once in a while, though, he needs a "fix", so he asks to be put in his crib. He'll hang out in there for anywhere from 5-10 minutes chilling with his stuffed animals. When he's done, he hollers and he spits out his pacifier and I get him out. It's amazing how much they understand at this age.
On another note. I just finished another hat. I've switched to crocheting because I can make them much quicker and I like the stitches a little better. This one I made for Maddox's little friend Corban. This is his first time seeing it :-) (So, yeah, Molly, I need to get this to you before winter hits and I hope you like it!)

That would be really fun to hang out with you and Candice. Anything's fine with me as far as meeting in Salem or going farther north. Your hat is cute, by the way.
My goodness...that kid is CU-TE!
I love the hat! When are you going to open your store?!
Oh my gosh, that hat is adorable! How much do I have to bribe you to make one for Justus???!!!
That's funny about maddox and his paci...Aloria did the exact same thing...she would ask to go in her crib just so she could get a fix and then ask to get out, hahaha. Kids are so smart! Keep up the good work.
Hahaha oh my word thats so funny! And ya its so funny how smart he is to know that too! :-)
And cute cute hat! Good job! :-)
I still want a hat this winter:-)
I really like that boundary you set, and good job sticking with it!
it's so hard to do that with toddlers.
